Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Customer Inventories and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) by collaborating with clients to accurately predict usage, optimize safety stock levels, analyze trends, and ensure seamless data integration across systems.
  • Oversee Order Fulfillment systems to guarantee effective execution of customer order requirements.
  • Facilitate Order Entry through daily proposals, ensuring the creation, validation, and optimization of customer orders.
  • Proactively address and resolve order-related challenges that may affect service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously enhance the flow of information to improve sales forecasts through collaboration with various internal departments.
  • Lead the development and upkeep of innovative technologies that interface with Customer Service and enhance customer interactions.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, along with:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Planning environment.
  • Experience in at least two planning disciplines such as Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supplier Management.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and Supply Planning within the Manufacturing sector.
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in implementing supply chain systems and processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • APICS certification is advantageous.
