Production Planner

We are seeking a skilled Production Planner to join our team at SEEK Careers Staffing. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in strategically planning production to maximize run rates, campaign sizes, and other strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead analysis using advanced analytics and data-driven processes to inform production planning decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Operations, to coordinate and develop product forecasts.
- Create and maintain forecast models incorporating business intelligence and forecast information from Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Participate in Capacity Planning, anticipating the need for and making recommendations for changes in lead time, adjusting stock replenishment volumes, and recommending capacity changes.
Requirements
- 3-10 years of experience in production planning with a manufacturing background.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is desired.
- APICS or CPM classes and certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of Bill of Material structuring and ERP/MRP systems.
