This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing leader in addiction treatment services, touching the lives of over 35,000 patients daily./ppThe Assistant Executive Director will assist with managing all aspects of the facility, including planning, organizing, delegating, team meetings, marketing, budgeting, and overseeing clinical and medical care of patients. This role will also involve enforcing agency, state, and federal standards, as well as promoting performance improvement and community relations aligned with Pinnacle Treatment Centers' primary mission./ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliAssist Executive Director with development, implementation, and enforcement of all policies and procedures./liliPlan and administer managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components of the organization./liliParticipate in the Performance Improvement Plan for client care, teammate retention, and performance./liliEnsure all teammates are assigned duties based on education, experience, and competency./liliAssist Executive Director in establishing and maintaining community relationships./liliResponsible for supervision, training, and orientation of teammates./liliMaintain a system for review of personnel files./liliEnsure policies for documentation in patient records are adhered to and timely./liliEnsure the safety and well-being of teammates and patients through the development and implementation of policies and procedures./liliAttend team meetings and complete all training courses timely./li/ulpbRequirements:/b/pulliBachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution in an appropriate behavioral science, mental health discipline, or recognized helping profession./liliThree years' experience in management./liliAdministrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorders or mental health treatment facility./liliMust possess a current valid driver's license in good standing in the state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier./liliLocalized travel up to 20% may be required to attend meetings and conferences./li/ulpbBenefits:/b/pulliCompetitive salary./liliFull benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, and accident insurance./lili18 days PTO (Paid Time Off)./lili401k with company match./liliCompany-sponsored ongoing training and certification opportunities./liliSubstance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Loan Repayment Program (STAR LRP)./liliDiscounted tuition and scholarships through Capella University./li/ul
