Opportunity Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and steward major donors, fostering long-term relationships and securing significant gifts.
  • Develop and implement fundraising campaigns, leveraging CRM systems to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with the development team to enhance CORA's fundraising efforts, ensuring effective stewardship and long-term sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in donor cultivation, fundraising strategy, or nonprofit development.
  • Proven success in generating fundraising growth, with a strong understanding of CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a passion for engaging donors and the community.
