We are seeking a highly motivated Philanthropy Manager - Treasure Island to join our team at One Treasure Island. As a key member of our development department, you will be responsible for leading our fundraising efforts and building strong relationships with donors.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in nonprofit advancement or development, with a proven track record of achieving fundraising revenue targets of $300,000 annually. You will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, increasing annual revenue from individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners. You will also work closely with our Board of Directors to increase their fundraising efforts.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Development Director for Community Growth to lead our fundraising efforts and build strong relationships with donors. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in nonprofit advancement or development, with a proven track record of achieving fundraising revenue targets of $300,000 annually.

The Development Director for Community Growth will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, increasing annual revenue from individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners. You will also work closely with our Board of Directors to increase their fundraising efforts.

**Skill Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of achieving fundraising revenue targets of $300,000 annually.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage fundraising budgets and prepare donor-facing materials.
  • Strong systems and organizational skills, including knowledge and prior experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other office systems.
  • Mission-oriented with experience in nonprofits working in community development, economic opportunity, services for unhoused, and/or job training fields preferred.
