This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis. The role is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Responsibilities- Deliver flexible staffing support to units across the Piedmont Market (Rock Hill, Fort Mill, and Gold Hill) within the service line (ED, Medsurg, ICU, Behavioral Health, Women's, Constant Care Observers, Nurse Techs, Respiratory Therapist, or LPN).
- Provide effective interpersonal and communication skills, serving as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
- Meet experience requirements: RNs must have 1-2 years of recent experience in the service line of interest; LPNs, CCOs, and NTs may come with no experience, but experience is preferred.
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a nurse in the state of practice or policy; CPR certification.
