Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a skilled Per Diem Clinician to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a Per Diem Clinician, you will provide mental health services to individuals in our community, working in an outpatient capacity to support individuals with various clinical presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based practices, including medication management and cognitive-behavioral treatments, to support individuals with Psychotic and Affective Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, Substance use disorders, and others.
- Assess progress against care plan goals, make recommendations for modifications as needed, and work continuously to identify and resolve barriers for individuals served.
- Establish, collaborate, and maintain relationships with applicable Coordination Entities, Emergency Service Providers, outpatient clinics, and other providers/entities to share information and ensure that the needs of the person are fully met.
- Provide crisis intervention assistance to people served through direct intervention or warm handoffs and referrals as appropriate.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Safety Plans and Crisis Prevention and Response Plans.
- Build relationships with Persons and develop shared understanding of Persons goals and the steps necessary to achieve goals.
- Participate in On-Call rotation and critical incident review process.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Masters Degree in Social Services field.
- Experience working with adults with mental health challenges.
- A valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
