Key Responsibilities- Provide crisis intervention assistance to individuals in need, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure effective support.
- Develop and implement Safety Plans and Crisis Prevention and Response Plans to ensure the well-being of individuals served.
- Build strong relationships with individuals, understanding their goals and developing strategies to achieve them.
- Participate in On-Call rotation and critical incident review process to ensure seamless support.
- Master's Degree in Social Services field.
- Experience working with adults with mental health challenges.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
