Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Janitorial Services Representative to provide common area and bathroom cleaning services for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our properties are clean, healthy, and safe for tenants, guests, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types, stripping, buffing, and waxing floors, dusting ceilings, light fixtures, countertops, and loose furniture.
  • Bathroom and Kitchen Sanitation: Scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
  • Trash and Recycling: Emptying trash cans and washing and drying windows.
  • Reporting and Communication: Requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages and needed repairs, and assisting building management with projects and other job duties as requested.
Requirements:
  • Physical Demands: Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods of time and able to lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Experience and Skills: Experience in similar roles using cleaning products and equipment, strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills, and ability to work on a team and independently when needed.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
