Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Integrity Manager to join our team at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Chargemaster and Clinical Liaison teams, ensuring compliance with our standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue capture and reduce financial risks.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize clinical and financial processes to ensure seamless integration of charge capture and charge reconciliation processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration among departments, including billing, coding, clinical, and administrative teams, to ensure effective communication and revenue integrity.
  • Training and Development: Develop and maintain standards for Revenue Integrity and CDM Management procedures and training.
  • Initiative Management: Initiate and manage department/division-specific initiatives to improve revenue capture and reduce financial risks.
Requirements
  • 5 years of hospital revenue experience
  • Advanced experience with Excel and Epic is a plus
Core Skills
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills with demonstrated capability of managing stakeholder expectations and fostering and building new relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to review, analyze, and interpret payor payment policies, billing guidelines, and state and federal regulations.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate evolving business needs.
  • Superb communication skills.
