Key ResponsibilitiesAs an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
  • Conducting stay interviews to understand and enhance employee satisfaction
  • Leading exit interviews to gather insights on turnover and developing action plans to improve retention
  • Gathering, analyzing, and reporting on HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
  • Preparing executive-level presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Collaborating with the Senior HR Business Partner to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies

RequirementsA successful HR Business Partner will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role, with strong exposure to employee relations, data analysis, and employee engagement strategies, is required. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to conduct effective interviews and liaise with employees at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and a strong analytical mindset are also essential for success in this role.
