Job Description

This instructional specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans for students with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in special education and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement tailored education plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Provide guidance and training to staff members on effective teaching strategies and accommodations
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in special education
  • Strong understanding of educational theories and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
