Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in medical-surgical nursing to join our team. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring quality care delivery.

About the Role
  • Provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform wound care as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care instructions, medication management, and recovery expectations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A current RN license
  • BLS certification (other certifications may be required)
  • At least two years of recent medical-surgical RN experience
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
