We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Resilience Trainer to join our team at Three Wire Systems. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that enhance resilience and performance.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the Army Resilience Directorate, providing expert consultation services directly to the Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness (DPRR) HQ in Arlington, Virginia.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide input for all training development, implementation, evaluation, and redesign of the MRT-TCS Program.
- Brief and advise DPRR HQ on the delivery of resilience and performance enhancement as it relates to current and planned curriculum and programs.
- Conduct site visits, communicate program metrics to stakeholders, and participate in program update briefings.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field, with specialized emphasis in sport and/or performance psychology. A minimum of three years' experience teaching, coaching, or instructing resilience and performance enhancement skills is also required.
Requirements:- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum three years' experience teaching, coaching, or instructing resilience and performance enhancement skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
