ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for our products. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers. Our store experiences high traffic, particularly on weekends, so a positive attitude and energy are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Enhance product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
  • Engage in daily sales activities, including transactions, merchandising, and order management.
  • Specialize in a designated product category, ensuring it is well-stocked and presented.
  • Contribute to product reviews for our website and other communications.
  • Participate in training sessions and events as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer service roles.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in wine and spirits preferred.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on supporting team members.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.
  • Availability for full-time work, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and comfort with point-of-sale technology.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, and kneeling.
  • Experience with hand trucks and safe loading/unloading practices.
  • A degree is a plus but not required.
