Key responsibilities include:

  • Plans Work: Coordinate and execute work to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Coordinates and Executes Work: Ensure seamless execution of work, including interfacing with other trades and managing resources.
  • Oversees the Work of Direct Reports: Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training to succeed.
  • Ensures a Safe Work Environment: Foster a culture of safety, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
  • Participates in Training/Certifications: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, enhancing skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and 5 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Line & Grade experience.
  • Foreman experience.
  • May require appropriate Craft Certifications.
