Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to end-users of our equipment, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as a switchboard for the company, utilizing a database to refer customers to the appropriate department or dealer.
  • Triaged customer complaints and transfer them to Tier 2 representatives as needed.
  • Identify and resolve issues with remote access or wifi capable products, such as thermostats.
  • Provide warranty information, product comparisons, and dealer referrals to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Typing speed of 35-45 words per minute.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
