Job Description

Heaven's Door is seeking a skilled Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of our strategic marketing plan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating creative ideas, building relevant channel programs, and overseeing marketing programs that engage both trade and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Brand Marketing:
    • Collaborate with the EVP/Brand Managing Director to refine and enhance the brand's positioning, defining the brand voice and messaging for consistency across all marketing channels.
    • Support work streams from strategic brand vision and innovation to the definition of annual marketing programs. Develop and execute key growth drivers and creative assets.
    • Lead development of program calendar, social media strategy, creative communications, POS planning, and influencer marketing.
  2. Promotional Planning:
    • Develop Promotional Strategies: Generate creative ideas and build relevant channel programs to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and achieve marketing objectives.
    • Plan Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns across retail, online, and social media channels to effectively reach target audiences. Requires cross-functional collaboration.
    • Create Promotional Materials: Develop promotional materials such as advertising collateral, signage, digital assets, and promotional offers to support marketing initiatives.
    • Oversee marketing programs targeting trade and consumers, including KPI reporting to track performance and optimize strategies.
  3. Traditional Media Planning:
    • Develop and execute media plans to maximize reach and impact within budget constraints.
    • Implement a comprehensive media strategy to enhance brand recognition and drive trial.
    • Manage media partner relationships, negotiate favorable rates, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and leverage media as a sales tool.
  4. Ecommerce Marketing:
    • Serve as the primary liaison for the e-commerce team, facilitating communication and collaboration between the brand, e-commerce team, and third-party e-commerce providers to ensure successful achievement of shared objectives.
  5. Analytics & Insights:
    • Serve as the primary liaison for the analytics team, managing score-carding and brand business reviews. Utilize analytical insights to improve marketing efforts and guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles within the beverage industry, with a focus on spirits preferred.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to commercialize and execute marketing plans effectively.
  • Creative thinker with a track record of generating innovative ideas and building successful channel programs.
  • Experience overseeing marketing programs, focusing on trade and consumer engagement, and proficiency in KPI reporting and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with hands-on experience in planning and buying.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling content aligned with brand identity.
  • Experience supporting brand ambassador programs and representing brands at events and promotional activities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
