We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing cost segregation reports, analyzing construction cost data and design drawings, and coordinating and collecting information from building owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in area marketing and assist with marketing to potential clients. If you have a minimum of three years of experience in performing cost segregation or valuation studies, a BA/BS degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering, and a strong knowledge of building systems, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years of experience in performing cost segregation or valuation studies
  • A BA/BS degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering from an accredited college/university
  • Familiarity with construction design and construction processes
  • Strong knowledge of building systems
  • Knowledge of the federal income tax depreciation aspects, project budgeting, and accounting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with client personnel and other KPMG professionals
  • Willingness to travel
