As a key member of our practice management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical office, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation of new operational models and workflows
• Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial stability
• Collaborate with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
• Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
