Job DescriptionThis senior leadership role oversees the day-to-day management of our Clinical Operations department, ensuring seamless integration with other hospital services. The successful candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct a team of professionals to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care, streamline processes, and enhance staff productivity.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of quality, safety, and excellence within the Clinical Operations department.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- A Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW) or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and quality assurance.
