Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team at HarcoSemco. As a member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our suppliers and managing their performance. This role requires a strong understanding of quality methods and systems, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supplier quality programs to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate their quality performance
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of quality experience with a focus on supplier initiatives and auditing
- Strong knowledge of quality methods and systems, including statistics, reliability, and sampling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
