Career Opportunity: The Reserves Network Inc is seeking a skilled Machinist Production Specialist to join our team in Connecticut.
About the Job: As a Machinist Production Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the production of high-quality precision parts. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machinery to ensure products meet the required specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
- Monitor and adjust machinery as needed to maintain product quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform necessary repairs
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining with a strong understanding of machine setup and operation
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents
- Strong knowledge of measurement tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation and Benefits:
- $30-$38 per hour based on skill and experience
- Direct hire opportunity with a flexible schedule
