New Grad RN Residency Program

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for new graduate Registered Nurses to join our team of nursing professionals at Cambridge Health Alliance. Our New Grad RN Residency Program is designed to provide a coordinated, systematic approach to onboarding, orienting, and transitioning new graduate nurses into clinical practice.

Program Highlights:
  • 12-month residency program with classroom time and clinical experience
  • Education through a variety of methods, including lecture, group discussion, case studies, and simulation time
  • Unit-based orientation with one-on-one preceptor guidance
  • Opportunity to work with a manager and nursing educator to achieve independent performance in the clinical environment
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
  • NCLEX exam must be passed within 12 months of graduation
  • No prior RN experience in an acute care environment
