**Job Summary:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the maintenance group, including:
- Printing out tasks and procedures for team members to follow.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Entering expenses and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing daily support to the team, including checking tasks and communication.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure tasks are completed and filed away.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience or coordinating experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a nuclear background check.
