As a member of our team at New Horizons Ranch & Center, Inc., you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to children in our residential treatment center. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the nighttime needs of our residents are met, ages 5-17, in a safe and stable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and assist with nightly activities for your assigned group of children
- Help with household chores as needed
- Get children up and ready in the morning
- Occasionally transport children to school in company-provided vans
