Neonatal Care Specialist
Hendrick Health is seeking a skilled Neonatal Care Specialist to join our team at the largest regional medical center in the Texas Midwest. As a Neonatal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in neonatal care and incorporate evidence-based practices into daily care
Requirements:
- Board certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Current Texas Medical License
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
