Job Summary

As a key member of the HMH Physician Services, Inc. team, the Assistant Regional Practice Admin plays a vital role in the operational planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned physician practices. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of these practices, working closely with the Regional Practice Administrator and Associate Executive Director to achieve our mission of transforming healthcare and serving as a leader of positive change.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational plans to improve practice efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with practice administrators to ensure seamless practice operations
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
Provide support and guidance to practice staff to ensure they have the resources and tools needed to succeed
