Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to join our team at haku (careers@hakusports). As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure timely completion
  • Organize and plan project tasks and schedules
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
  • Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities
  • Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure project success
  • Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise
  • Optimize project deliverables and schedule
  • Create presentations and reports to communicate project status
  • Help document and create processes, analyze data, and create reports and dashboards for external and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of project management experience required
  • Proven ability to learn quickly, utilize new software, and adapt to internal processes
  • SAAS implementation experience is a plus
  • PMP Certification is required
  • Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent preferred
  • Green Belt or any Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • You thrive under ambiguity and are able to apply critical thinking to new unsolved questions
  • You take a problem-solving approach to everything and know how to put your business judgment and strategic thinking to work in a fast-paced field
