Job Title: Outside Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Professional to join our team at Alleviation Enterprise LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Utilize our customized Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track sales activity, and analyze customer data
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and other events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for driving sales growth
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and develop effective sales strategies
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
