Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $18.15 per hour, based on the job requirements, industry standards, and location. This includes guaranteed hourly base pay, plus tips and bonuses. With full and part-time positions available, we offer a competitive compensation package that rewards your hard work and dedication.
Job Description
As a Senior Haircut Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, cutting high-quality haircuts, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with our team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and organized salon environment. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we expect our team members to be passionate about providing an exceptional client experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need a valid state cosmetology license and cutting experience in a salon. While prior experience is preferred, we're happy to train individuals who are fresh out of beauty school or new to men's haircuts. As a team player, you'll be able to work well under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, and provide excellent customer service.
