Oversee and coordinate daily operations to support our client relationships; manage furniture and relocation services by developing and refining move strategies, creating furniture layout scenarios, managing planning files and seating arrangements, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing the entire business relocation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational sales support, including strategy formulation, solution design, presentation assistance, contract preparation, pricing, proposals, and implementation.
Directly manage and oversee coordination and administration to ensure an efficient, controlled, and effective customer experience and business process.
Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) and deliverables are met across the Workplace Solutions portfolio.
Develop, implement, and manage operational standards and processes for SRS services.
Establish and manage operational standards and processes for non-Suddath services.
Develop, implement, and manage standards and processes for SWS Project Management services.
Promote operational quality, integration, and innovation in alignment with the Strategic Plan.
Establish internal and external measures of quality and customer satisfaction.
Enhance Workplace Solutions infrastructure to support growth and operational efficiency.
Manage and ensure profitability for both Suddath and non-Suddath services within Workplace Solutions.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or five to seven years of relevant experience and/or training in office relocation and furniture planning; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive management experience is required.
Language Proficiency:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to inquiries from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Proficient in applying concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Skills:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Capable of interpreting a wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and managing several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Proficiency:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has supervisory responsibilities over 10-20 employees, including project managers, relocation and furniture managers, and billing/administrative staff.
