Job Summary

Job Title: Event Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and supplies to suite functions, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Monitor and maintain food temperatures, adhering to strict safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Arrange tables and decorations, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Thoroughly clean the suite facility after each event, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Return food and beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the catering facility, ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Distribute and collect customer comment cards, providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stock, clean, and maintain the suite facility and equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Provide friendly, courteous service to guests at all times, exceeding their expectations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu and products, ensuring accurate ordering and preparation.
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures at all times, adhering to industry standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the team's success.
