The Technology Manager for Retail Services and Performance Engineering is a pivotal role within the technology leadership team, responsible for strategizing, engineering, and delivering technology solutions that enhance both educator and guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a diverse team of program managers, project managers, analysts, engineers, and software vendors across multiple projects.

3. Develop a centralized structure for Cloud and Engineering practices, including a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team.
4. Establish a governance framework focused on performance, resiliency, and observability to minimize downtime.
5. Manage processes, timelines, and personnel to ensure high-quality deliverables.
6. Provide empathetic coaching and support for team members' skills development and career progression.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Over 10 years of experience in information technology, with a strong background in leading complex global initiatives.
- Proven experience managing significant technology delivery projects with a budget exceeding $3 million.
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native solutions, including container services and serverless architectures.
