ROLE OF THE INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in delivering solutions tailored to the needs of our agricultural clientele. You will interact with both new and existing customers, informing them about our diverse array of products and services. Your role will involve closing sales by proactively reaching out to potential clients and following up on leads, while closely collaborating with our external sales team and support personnel. Your expertise in agricultural equipment, including John Deere and competing brands, will enable you to provide informed recommendations that enhance customer operations through both new and existing technologies. Additionally, you will stay informed about incentive programs and financing options, ensuring our customers receive optimal value.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Understanding of current agricultural trends and challenges
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and weekends as necessary
  • Physical capability to safely operate, mount, dismount, secure, and transport equipment
  • Ability to sit, stand, and squat for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
  • Strong mathematical aptitude
  • Proficient computer skills

While a few years of experience in account management or direct sales within the agricultural equipment sector is highly valued, we are open to mentoring candidates who demonstrate the right attitude. A bachelor's degree in business or an agricultural discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
