Job DescriptionThe Business Development role at Ratcliff Companies requires a highly organized and self-disciplined individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of post-disaster analysis, recovery, and restoration processes.

You will be responsible for developing and administering marketing and sales plans, compiling contact leads, and managing the sales proposal cycle from initial client contact to post-contract and/or job completion. You will also be required to travel overnight to cover the DFW territory and Gulf South region.

Please note that this role requires 5+ years of experience within the disaster recovery and restoration industry, as well as 3+ years of sales experience or construction sales experience. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction, or a related discipline is preferred.
