Job DescriptionWe're seeking a seasoned Account Director to lead our pharma/biotech practice. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing complex client relationships, developing and executing strategic communications plans, and mentoring a team of account experts.
Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day client relationships and develop strategic communications plans
- Manage a team of account experts and specialists in strategy, digital, creative, and more
- Mentor and coach team members to ensure growth and development
- Effectively manage team utilization and maintain financial responsibility for accounts
- Stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare trends and best practices
- 7+ years of experience in a public relations agency, with deep experience in pharmaceutical product communications
- Experience across a broad spectrum of healthcare communications initiatives, including disease awareness, data milestones, corporate reputation, and branded campaigns
- Deep understanding of the integrated communications landscape and how digital, creative, strategy, and analytics fit seamlessly into account operations
- Passion for creativity and ideas that deliver meaningful impact
- Superb management skills and experience motivating and inspiring colleagues
