Job SummaryAbercrombie & Fitch Co. is looking for a Global Retail Training Lead to oversee the development of learning strategies for all levels of the global stores organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing data and insights to identify learning opportunities and developing targeted solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data and insights to identify learning opportunities and develop targeted solutions.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging content that meets the needs of the business and associates.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive learning strategies to enhance store associate skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Manage department budget and partner with external vendors to select and maintain relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, Leadership Development or Stores Leadership, with expertise in building robust and innovative content in-house. A Bachelor's Degree or related experience is also required.
