Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Education Director to lead our online learning platform, supporting families with children from prenatal to high school graduation. The ideal candidate will oversee operations, ensuring a high-quality educational experience.

About the Role:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the online platform.
  • Lead a committee of volunteers to develop and deliver educational content.
  • Foster collaboration between parents, students, and educators to support academic and developmental goals.
  • Plan and coordinate events and activities for families at different developmental stages.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accreditation, quality assurance, and government standards.
  • Manage the budget, grants, and other financial responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with educational leaders to stay up-to-date with best practices in online education.
  • Engage with families, volunteers, and educators in both online and in-person formats.
  • Continuously assess and improve the platforms offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Education or Educational Leadership.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within education, preferably in an online or hybrid learning environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in digital tools, ability to manage multiple tasks, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package including paid time off and professional development opportunities.
