We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Automotive Diagnostic Technician to enhance our workforce. As an Automotive Technician, your duties will include executing routine maintenance, pinpointing and rectifying intricate mechanical issues, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct automotive diagnostics to uncover issues and recommend suitable repairs
- Perform regular vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake assessments
- Repair and replace automotive components, such as brakes, suspension systems, and exhaust systems
- Utilize diagnostic instruments and tools to troubleshoot electrical systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and clarifying repair options
- Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs and services rendered
- Consistently achieve 35+ Flat Rate Hours Weekly

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- At least 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician

- In-depth knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair methodologies

- Possession of tools necessary for a variety of repairs

- Capability to diagnose and resolve a broad spectrum of automotive issues

- Excellent customer service abilities with effective communication skills

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

- Proficiency in vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire services, and brake inspections

- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently

- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

- Candidates should have a passion for continuous learning and skill enhancement

Preferred Qualifications:

- Completion of an automotive technology program

- ASE certification is advantageous but not mandatory

- Familiarity with air brake systems is a plus
