About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Visual to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you'll be responsible for providing daily support to our management team, ensuring the store meets financial goals, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform operational functions, including opening and closing routines, register functions, and back office procedures.
  • Ensure the store meets visual, replenishment, cleanliness, safety, and back of house standards during manager-on-duty shifts.
  • Act as a role model for sales associates in sales generation and customer service, prioritizing the customer experience.
  • Utilize Selling Essentials and training resources to educate team members on product knowledge, improve selling skills, and achieve business goals.
  • Provide training and coaching expertise to associates in selling, product knowledge, clienteling, and in-home services.
Requirements
  • Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
  • Ability to be active, standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting for extended periods.
  • 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years experience in home-related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including pay and benefits. Pay is based on several factors, including education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The anticipated pay range for this role is $20.00 per hour.
