Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Health Administrator to oversee the direction and day-to-day operations of Pinnacle Home Care Inc. This individual will establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives for home health services, ensuring they meet the standards of quality and align with the organization's philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Organize and direct the Agency's ongoing liaison among the Governing Body and staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Staff Management: Employ qualified personnel and ensure adequate staff education and evaluations, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Clinical Operations: Assist the Director of Clinical Services in managing clinical teams and planning, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Business Operations: Implement an effective budgeting system and ensure billing accuracy, managing the financial aspects of the Agency.
  • Quality Assurance: Evaluate the performance of the Director of Clinical Services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities, promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Strategic Planning: Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes, adjusting staff levels, revenues, or expenses accordingly, driving business growth and development.
  • Employee Development: Assess employees regularly to ascertain their understanding and compliance with policies and procedures, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Technology and Innovation: Promote the use of patient portal, physician portal, and Synzi for improved communication and patient care, leveraging technology to enhance the patient experience.
  • Community Engagement: Advocate for Telehealth visits to support appropriate visit utilization, promoting the benefits of home health services to the community.
  • Performance Improvement: Assist with the evaluation of organizational performance through the performance improvement program, productivity, quarterly, and annual reviews, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the quality and safe delivery of home health services provided through the Organization, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of organization personnel and maintain compliance with ACHC Home Care standards.
  • Organizational Development: Contribute to the development of organization goals, developing, recommending, and administering Organization policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Home Health Care Background: Required.
  • Registered Nurse: Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of Florida.
  • Leadership and Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community alike.
  • Stress Management: Ability to handle high levels of stress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Computers, Microsoft (MS) Suite, EMR, technology and Kantime preferred.
  • Business Acumen: Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and ACHC standards.
