Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Organize and direct the Agency's ongoing liaison among the Governing Body and staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Staff Management: Employ qualified personnel and ensure adequate staff education and evaluations, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Clinical Operations: Assist the Director of Clinical Services in managing clinical teams and planning, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Requirements:
- Home Health Care Background: Required experience in home health care, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- Registered Nurse: Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of Florida, with a strong clinical background.
- Leadership and Management: Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel, with a track record of success.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent observation, organization, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Computers, Microsoft (MS) Suite, EMR, technology, and Kantime, with a strong understanding of business management and governmental regulations.
