About the Role

The Human Resources Assistant will play a critical role in supporting our team's growth and development. Key responsibilities include aiding internal and external HR-related inquiries, managing recruitment statuses, and communicating with management and candidates. Additionally, the successful candidate will coordinate orientation/training sessions, schedule meetings, and manage administrative tasks as required.

Our ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 2 years of human resources experience, and excellent communication skills. Bilingualism is an asset but not required. A competitive salary of $22-$28 per hour reflects the importance of this role in maintaining smooth operations at Compass Group North America.
