Sales Representative

Guardian Fueling Technologies LLC is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business in their assigned market through conventional sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in product lines and industry regulations.
- Demonstrate products and services to customers, increasing awareness of GFT's offerings.
- Work in a team-oriented environment, communicating positively and professionally with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
- Provide exceptional customer service, investigating and resolving customer concerns.
- Manage assigned territory, developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Abide by all regulations, policies, and instructions, including GFT Safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Consultative selling skills with a proven track record of success.
- Experience with point of sale, payment systems, and/or capital equipment sales preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- 1-2+ years sales experience in a consultative, full-cycle environment.
- Sales strategy and presentation skills.
- Basic mechanical and IT aptitude required.
- Self-motivated and able to work with little direction on a daily basis.
- Ability to manage projects effectively, strong organizational skills.
- Must possess and maintain a safe driving record with a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this position require driving, sitting, typing, talking on the phone, using a smart mobile device, and walking/moving around a job site.
Travel: Travel is primarily local, with a vehicle allowance provided.
