About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at The Talent Source. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Human Capital Management (HCM) technology solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HCM Subject Matter Expert: Act as a subject matter expert in HCM, providing guidance and support to the team on HCM-related projects and initiatives.
  • System Design and Configuration: Apply system solutions to business requirements through the design and configuration of systems platforms and applications.
  • Business Process Documentation: Lead the development of business and technical process documentation and training materials.
  • Project Management: Lead the definition of project requirements, identify project milestones, phases, and elements, and assist with project budget needs.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, track activity, resolve problems, publish progress reports, and recommend actions.
  • Liaison between Business and IT: Serve as a liaison between Business Divisions/Functions and IT on projects and enhancements.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support the development of more junior Solution Analyst team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Analysis, Data Management, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or similar.
  • Experience: 5+ years of work experience in a business or technology role working closely with HCM functions outside of IT, understanding business processes and needs.
  • Technical Skills: High level of experience in systems development lifecycle models such as Agile or other traditional project management principles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of business processes and the ability to design, configure, and deploy solutions to support them.
  • Requirements Gathering: Experience gathering requirements to facilitate automation of acceptance tests.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven record of building consensus and buy-in with key stakeholders.
