Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at our Perrysburg/Toledo, Ohio facility. As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal production efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and extend equipment life.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues and minimize downtime.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and procedures, including lockout/tagout and confined space entry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, as well as CMMS software.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The Maintenance Technician II will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The position requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as working at heights and in confined spaces.
