Job Summary

This is a dynamic leadership role that requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and production. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of maintenance technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Coaching
    • Coordinate activities with the production department to ensure seamless operations
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve safety, quality, and productivity
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making
    • Analyze problems and develop effective solutions
    • Make timely decisions that align with company goals and objectives
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with team members, production staff, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Education
    • A minimum of an Associate's degree in a maintenance-related field is preferred
  • Experience
    • Prior work experience in the maintenance field, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to motivate and coach a team
    • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Conflict management and negotiation skills
