Job Title: CAD Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Specialist to join our team at PSG Global Solutions Careers. As a CAD Specialist, you will be responsible for providing functional support for space and workplace management, maintaining office and laboratory CAD standards, and managing all Revit and.DWG files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional support for space and workplace management, including maintaining office and laboratory CAD standards and managing all Revit and.DWG files.
  • Support space and workplace related CAD changes, including capital projects in turnover document review and approval process.
  • Manage and maintain office and laboratory CAD standards, including knowledge and working expertise of BIM/CAD.
  • Support an integrated workplace performance management tools and processes (e.g. IWMS, CAFM) through CAD overlay.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Facilities Management or Architectural Design, or equivalent work experience.
  • Atleast 5 years in full service FM environments.
  • Space planning and IWMS experience preferred.
  • Excellent program and project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to easily adapt to collaborative teams and a matrix management organization.
