- Monitor financial data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective measures.
- Implement and uphold financial management systems, ensuring regular audits.
- Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
- Work closely with HR personnel to align operations with best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Familiarity with relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Expertise in municipal financial management, including accounting, budgeting, and auditing.
- Understanding of revenue and tax administration principles.
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience is essential.
- Ability to work in a standard office environment with occasional exposure to varying conditions.
