  • Oversee the approval process for credit lines and various loan types.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports as mandated by laws and regulations.

  • Direct and manage risk and insurance programs to minimize losses.

  • Oversee daily financial and HR operations to achieve business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor financial data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective measures.
  • Implement and uphold financial management systems, ensuring regular audits.
  • Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
  • Work closely with HR personnel to align operations with best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Familiarity with relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Expertise in municipal financial management, including accounting, budgeting, and auditing.
  • Understanding of revenue and tax administration principles.
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience is essential.
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment with occasional exposure to varying conditions.
This position is a direct hire opportunity with full-time hours.
